Interesting, but it seems to me like that should be free regardless if you pre-order or not. I thought this was suppose to be a game where you could make your characters look like whatever you want. It is DLC after all. It couldn't have taken enough effort to make, to warrant a pre-order special.

If it was a plush on the other hand, pre-ordering would seem like a much better deal. They could of had multiple characters to chose from, to target different demographs, or better still send you, your own custom plush sackboy. If it was up to me, I think I'd have that offer with special edition versions of the game. I guarantee that would generate extra revenue and boost customer loyalty, for any future LBP products.

TBH though, I'm not sure I'd want to tie LBP to HS if I was SONY.

@WOW All Sackboys/girls look freaky in some way. Brings up the wrong imagery for a game that's trying to gain mass appeal by being family-friendly(I can just visualise a lawyer looking at colonelstubbs and saying "Macaulay, I need you to be strong. When you're ready, would you please point to the spot on the sackboy where MJ touched you"). Even the name, sackboy sounds wrong. Couldn't the creators come up with a better name. Off the top of my head, ragdolls, ragamuffins... Just about anything would be an improvement.

How easy is it to cancel pre-orders at Best Buy? I just want Nariko...

I think you can pay $5 to get Nariko costume from Best Buy, same thing with Kratos from Gamestop (pre-order it, get the code, not pick up the game).

Yup, just go to Best Buy and buy the pre-order case. It's 5 dollars. The code should be in the case.
