It's impossible. It's all lies I tell you, the PS3 doesn't actually run movies or games, they are all CG trailers you are just playing through thinking they are games...man they fooled you.

I might point in, Amazon.com is sold out of PS3 for the moment. Their numbers have been all over 1-100 for the last 8 hours, but it's been sitting at 1 now for around a hour. So I am guessing that the PS3 is sold-out, or will be before the afternoon is out, unless they get another 'adition' to their stock numbers.

Currently 4 of 7 BB stores in my area are sold out as well as 3 of 5 CC's. Also a couple of the EB/GS are down to just 1 on hand with more coming in shipments. Last week they were all at 4+ with no more coming in.

I can't beleive the PS3 is selling. I thought it was all over for every thing thats not the Wii. Hopefuly the PS3 does... 300K next month! Unlike the Wii, 300k wouldn't mean a sell out for the PS3, so lets hope!

(Yeah, I know... It's not gonna happen.)

Wouldn't shock me to see the PS3 sell more then 300k units in this next month.  With the way things are selling, it easily could surpass that.

That was my line of thinking too. Actually, without having all the facts, my exact line was "for $500, I get a bluray player, 5 movies, and one game. Wow! That's effectively another $150 less!" before I found out the game was only on the 80 GB version and then I looked at the limited movie selection they were offering on the rebate form and there were only two movies I was even slightly interested in. And both of those were in the same category so I could only get one. So Sony *almost* had me. I'm stuck waiting for another price drop. Still, it's nice that Sony finally got the message that their console was too expensive.
