Aren't all RPGs kind of repetative? for that matter are not all games a repetition of a particular formula, hence we brand them in a particular genre? Level 5 innovates with their battle systems. If you ever played Rogue Galaxy, that is how FFXII's battle system should have been, as they were similar. Rogue Galaxy did what FFXII did but was still able to enter random encounters so you dont have to constantly run out of an area to get things to respawn, and added fanfare at the end of each skirmish. Why that is so important to me I dont know but I miss FF fanfares at the end of each battle. Also whatever happened to naming your characters, I miss that too lol. Hope WKC lets you name your characters |
i hope not
naming a charecter and the too many weapons are annoying

How come?
OT: I'm pumped for this game. I love the combat/gameplay on every Level 5 game I've played. They never disappoint. The first trailer is amazing, and the combat looks interesting and pretty good. Can't wait to see more footage at TGS.
naming characters sucks imo, it just means that they will never say the name true the entire game which is just stupid.
