Did the Wii game De Blob make an appearance at the show? and if so what were your impressions?

Nice impressions, pretty much what I figured would happen, Nintendo never has a great showing at PAX since they were really only focused on The Conduit anyway, they pretty much show a thing here and there and it will never be anything big for them, they put their real shows on for E3 (we saw how that turned out this year) and E for All.

I'm liking Left 4 Dead. One thing about Gears 2 did you get to test how the new multiplayer elements work? Like the shields and slowing down as you get damaged? And how those changed the gameplay.

I was figuring PS3 would put on some great shows after E3 was just meh for them, good to hear some great games are coming up (still saving up to buy myself a PS3)

I unfortunately did not see that on the show floor.

The new multiplayer elements were there, and I saw other people use them.  The game is more or less tweaks to the first that will probably go unnoticed to the majority of players except the hardcore.

Hows that PS3 search coming along- I rememer you made a thread about buying one?
