I've seen that level before. It was made by a Japanese guy to torture his friend and post the poor friend's countless deaths on a Japanese video upload site. Yes, that's right, the guy spent hours creating levels just to torture and humiliate his friend.

By the way, that's not even close to the cruelest of Japanese game hacks.
