I agree. I am a huge Nintendo fan myself, and I have never gotten to boast about my console's sales figures. Until now, that is.

The Wii is doing extraordinarily well and I'm hoping that it wins this gen.

What I do want people to understand, though, is that the Wii is currently #1, and the only Wii's that are in stock are about $75 overpriced, and then there is shipping. So anyone who decides to buy a Wii off of Amazon is going to be paying around $400.00 for it.

As of now:
Wii #1
PS3 #2

I just don't want people looking at the above figure and thinking that the PS3 is performing just as well as the Wii, when that is not the case at all, and NPD figures for July will prove it.

I post about the Wii because that is the console that I own. I don't post opinions about PS3 or 360 games that I don't play, I don't judge the quality of them. I do talk about sales, and I do make guesses about how many consoles will be sold based on the information I know. I will defend the PS3 or 360 if there is a reason for it to be defended and if i'm informed enough to do it. I don't make rediculous fanboy posts, I just post about the stuff I have an opinion or I have information on. I didn't realize I was obligated to post about 360 or PS3.

Random thought, I really like the cover art for Lair. Too many games nowadays have bad cover art. If only I could find a good Lair background for my PS3...at least they posted some fantastic Heavenly Sword ones on the PSN.

I am overly interested in games' cover arts too. There are quite a few coming soon that just look gorgeous. The way I see it is I'll want to have the game in my collection a lot more if they have a nice box art instead of some generic crap.

Some games with amazing covers arts to check: Heavenly Sword, Eternal Sonata, Beautiful Katamari... so many I forget now... Even Mercenaries 2 has a cool one, not pretty or anything just weell made.
