Total accident. Then I was gonna turn it into a placeholder and say something in a minute. I uh, I'm a little confused. There were too many brothas at the convention. I'm trying to format my sig in a couple ways.

P.S. Sarah Palin something something.

I have a splitting headache because of those fucking brothas.

Lol, my mental image of you chugging on a bottle last night while that one black person was onstage was priceless.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

That motherfucker almost killed me. How long was he onstage? It seemed like an eternity.

Is lying about your reasons for doing something a sin?

http://www.wasillaag.net/

Hard to say... I mean sometimes god has directly told people to lie in the bible about there reasons for doing something.

So if your going by the bible as your spiritual guide... it's at least ok to lie when God tells you to.

Technically the commandment is "Do not bear false witness against thy neighbor."

Which is basically just bringing false accusations... and even then some would argue false accusations in court.

You could probably only say the bible forbids two kinds of lies for sure.  False witness, and lieing about what scripture and the religious tenants are.

First, I want to say that I do not believe that that is what it is intended to mean, when selecting the the definition out of the dictionary:

Whitness, in biblical terms, means whitnessing God's Word.

Saying something that God would not say is true is "bear[ing] false witness"

In all my studies, I've never met a scholar, Christian, Jewish, or Muslim, or read a book that gave your definition of false witness from the bible.

But I am not saying you are wrong, we are each free to interprate it as we feel fit.

Either way, it doesn't matter:

"These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren."---Proverbs 6:16-19

Proverbs?  Really?  The only book possible more false then Proverbs is Revelations.

I mean, God does have people like in the bible... like at least 3 times.

That's good to know, I think it will be the highest rated (TV viewers) VP debate ever.

Oh, and I agree, I bet you will think Palin is the Winner, either way.  :)

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

Palin Attended 5 Colleges in 6 Years.

Also, it turns out that Wasilla is the meth capital of Alaska. Why am I not surprised?

Her executive experience is proof of a bad record.

Left an oil surplus state's town with a deficit.

6000 population when she was mayor.

Meth Capital

Wow.  I can't wait to learn more.

Please everybody keep the Palin information to this thread, good or bad. We don't want to clog up the front page. It's really really annoying. We're all gathering and sharing information on this wacko, and not only is it more efficient and convenient to have it one place, but I don't want to have to refresh 5 tabs to keep up on a SINGLE CONVERSATION.

And it's pissing off the rest of VGChartz.

If you guys keep starting new Palin threads, I'll just start an "All hail the Palin leader!" thread, and the whole web site will explode.

It's kind of sucking how all of the good Palin videos are being removed from YouTube. This is some kind of job for Anonymous or something.
