I doesn't matter if the sales of certain games aren't as great as their 360 counterparts. The fact of the matter is that all those "big titles that make the 360 have the best lineup" can be played without owning a 360. Whereas the likes of say Resistance, you can only play on a PS3 or Mario, only on a Nintendo console. 2007. "The 360 has the best fall lineup of games" How many of those games could be played by me, a PS3 only owner? All of them except Halo 3, which will be on PC soon enough.

You know, it could be argued that MS is gimping the hell out of the PC gaming industry by paying for timed exclusivity for games which should be on the PC from day one but aren't, thanks to MS insisting they be on the 360 instead.
Thank god for companies like Valve who can't be moneyhatted...
"I mean, c'mon, Viva Pinata, a game with massive marketing, didn't sell worth a damn to the "sophisticated" 360 audience, despite near-universal praise--is that a sign that 360 owners are a bunch of casual ignoramuses that can't get their heads around a 'gardening' sim? Of course not. So let's please stop trying to micro-analyze one game out of hundreds and using it as the poster child for why good, non-1st party, games can't sell on Wii. (Everyone frequenting this site knows this is nonsense, and yet some of you just can't let it go because it's the only scab you have left to pick at after all your other "Wii will phail1!!1" straw men arguments have been put to the torch.)" - exindguy on Boom Blocks
