great thread, looking forward to more posts.

p.s wow, i've never played gow on ps2 but i gotta say the pics posted look awesome for a ps2 title.

p.p.s rogue squadron still looks awesome by todays standards imo.



nintendo and sega fan since i was old enough to hold a game controller.

note: my games collection on my profile is only 20ish% complete, i've got a boatload of 360,saturn and dreamcast games to add and a few ps3 games, thanks :)

Seriously, I think it was the NES, at its later stage precisely. If you look at Super Mario Bros. and then Super Mario Bros. 3, it's impressive how they've managed to create so many good looking stages with such a limited color palette.

When I saw Mario 3 didnt think that was created on the same console which I  played Mario Bros........

 

Seeing Donkey Kong, it seems per moments a game of N64.

 

The console that had less push was the N64, since Mario set everything from the beginning....... that was the last game that really has impressed me, I was like a small kid smilling all the time. (Nothing like that more than 10 years later)
