 Being that Snake was destined to die anyway and Master Chiefs armor is so amazing and that he heals when in cover he's a genetic freak, I say he'll snap Snakes neck. Marcus Fenix is a much better person to have face Chief and seeing what he does against aliens in Gears i'd pick Fenix myself.

 LOL dude you actually believe CQC will take out Master Chief? LOL. If he tries he'll get a crosshair between the eyes, while grabbing chief. The guys over 7 ft tall, weighs multiples of Snake (including the armor). There must be some momentum shift if he even completes a throw on him.
