I have to see it with my own eyes.. it seems like a biased opinion..I remember the gta4 case in which they use to say ps3 was superior, but, at the end it had less resolution and a lower framerate and a made the comparision myself like i always do..

Well I just find it amusing that someone makes a title called "Far Cry 2 to feature smoother graphics on PS3"...when I know I'll be buying Far Cry 2, have the smoothest graphics possible, and yet it's NOT on the PS3.

Perhaps the modifier "on consoles" or "compared to 360" is better, because Far Cry 2 is going to be a popular PC title as well.

True, less resolution and a lower framerate for GTA 4, and even if the ps3 had non-compressed textures while the 360 had compressed ones, i did not see any difference. Loading times do not interest me,even if they were shorter on the 360. We will see the ps3/360 difference in Far Cry 2 when it comes out,chill.

Btw I also heard an unconfirmed rumor that the Xbox 360 version is 30fps whilst the PS3 version is 25fps. The reason was they didn't have enough development time.

I will go with both versions will look exactly the same on PS3 and X360. Only a trained eye could notice any differences between the two consoles. If Far Cry 2 receives good review scores and sells well, it will be a good game.
