Maturity gets thrown out the window when all you here is racist remarks, propaganda and stupidity that only an inbred hick would find as real news. Also I don't associate that word (retard)with people who are mentally handicapped. It's one I associate with people like Bill O'rielly and Geraldo People get offended over the little things yet turn a blind eye over the big ones. I'll never understand,lol.

 

First off...you never throw maturity out the window.  The moment you do that you lose credibility.

Secondly....why do you resort to insulting entire groups of people as you main method of rhetoric?

Third....I don't care what you associate that word with.  It has a meaning, a definition, and a connotation...and just ignoring that is ignorant.

I'm not defending the use of that word, if it's inappropriate for the site than that's the final word.

But if mentally or intellectually handicapped people aren't supposed to be called that anymore, doesn't it free up the use for other things?



I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

By this mentality the word "Gay" and the word "Ni**er" would also be fair game to be used on anyone or anything...and that logic certainly doesn't fly with me.  But that's just my opinion and probably not that of the site.

 Gay actually means happy and was taken out of context along time ago. Calling a friend or someone a retard is not even close to being as offensive as the word N**** so therefore to say that I would use that in the same mentality is illogical and ignorant.

I also think it's dumb for people to make something out of nothing on the basis of attempting to make themselves appear politically correct.

Even though I"m Canadain (yes we get all the mojor American news channels so I can bitch) but I think most can agree that almsot anyone could do a "better job" than the Bush administration.

 

Considering, I highly doubt anyone on this site has been part of a presidential administration/congress/justice department. I don't think any of us can assume we could do a better job. I can't even imagine the amount of hoop jumping that needs to be done by anyone to get anything done.

Your lack of maturity and your vulgar language pretty much solidify you as someone who is a fanatic of some type and therefore would never make it into any seat of power with that attitude. If you think you could do better than try for yourself. But seeing as how you can't even get past a forum without getting naysayers, don't bother booking an out of town hotel.
