Can I use my PSP formatted memory stick in a Sony camera?

Hey PSP guys, do any of you use your PSP memory stick in a Sony digital camera. I'm thinking of buying a camera today and already have an 8gb memory stick. I just want to make sure that the camera isn't going to make me format the stick and erase all the PSP stuff.

My 2 nex-gen systems: PS3 and Wii

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.

Yup, I swap memory sticks all the time between my camera and psp. Sony formats most of their products like this. I got a walkman not too long ago and it too is formatted just like a memory stick of PSP when plugged into a PC and viewed in explorer. I have a 4GB and 2 x 512's and they all work fine swapping inbetween PSP and camera.
