Forums - Sony - Obviously Broken Game But You Could Not Stop Playing Anyhow...

Are there any obviously broken games that you have played.. in fact, could not stop playing, in spite of it's problems?

The one that comes to mind for me is odin sphere, where about 1/2 of the boss battles ended up being to slow/choppy etc. to really play properly (To many objects on the screen, the PS2 cpu just could not keep up).

But the game itself was soo good, we could not stop playing anyhow..

Are there others?

I still play the odd game on Pro Evo 2008 online...despite the ****ing lag.

Only because i want to win with Arsenal. The team needs all the wins it can get

I hope my 360 doesn't RRoD

et on atari 2600.

Dewy's Adventure on Wii. Love the novel mix of tilt gameplay meets platformer but it is a flawed product.

Unreal tournament 2004, my average framerate is now 10 this means that trying to do a simple double jump is often not possible as my comp cant register me pressing W twice consecutively if i do it fast. I can also no longer open the map vote menu which is a kick in the nuts.

Both Alone in the Dark and Sonic and the Secret Rings for me. Loved playing both of them, despite their many numerous faults and flaws

RO private servers. Ahh those were the days, accounts reset without warning. (we can talk about our past right?)

Advent Rising. One of my favorite games ever, despite the problems.

Owner of PS4 Pro, Xbox One, Switch, PS Vita, and 3DS

Any online PC game. Why? Because my stupid WLAN keeps having extremely annoying lag spikes. I'm hoping to get it fixed though. Oh, and it's not the games' fault.

Can't really think of any. Dynasty Warriors and its ice projectiles? Other projectiles are annoying, too, because of the knockback.

Lost: Via Domus

It really wasn't broken but it was one of the shitiest games I've ever played and it took some endurance to make it through that game.
