1.5 million copies of Resistance 2 sold worldwide. PS3 will sell around 500k consoles during Resistance 2 launch week due to being in Xmas peak sales period.

Xmas sales period is in fourth quarter which is 40 to 50% increase upon average month sales.

Resistance ltd sales should be in excess of 5 million copies and that milestone of 5 million should be obtained sometime in 2009.

seeing that resistane FOM sold over 3 million on a period of about over a year
alotta ppl are familliar with the game and has its fan base (considering the online fanatics) it should easily sell over a million in the first week
