Yup.  This will finally be the year that video games offically make me bankrupt.  All of these titles come out during that month only a couple are a day 1 purchase for me, but I bet I'll pick them all up before the year is over.  I'll be buying the fully equipped version of Guitar Hero World Tour too, so that adds even more money sucking to factor in. 

I knew it would be bad, but i didnt know it would be this bad.  All together they add up to close to $1,000 American... Good thing I'll have games to distract me from eating, because with all of these I'm not so sure I'll be able to afford to both game and eat.

Day 1 buys: Fallout 3, Left4Dead

Must buys but can maybe wait a week: GoW2, Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts, Guitar Hero: World Tour

Will wait for reviews but will probably buy anyway: Far Cry 2, CoD: WaW (possibly wii version), Mirrors Edge, Prince of Persia, Fable 2

Also considering:  Lips, Sonic Unleashed, Shaun White Snowboarding (Wii Version), MK v. DC, LOTR Conquest

If i had a PS3 yet there are others I could add to that list.  To go that far would definitely put my wallet on life support though.

Fable 2 will be awesome.

i tend to take my time on games, so i'll be skipping a few. but my must haves from this date are:

LBP, Resistance 2, Motorstorm 2 and Gears of War 2 and Rock band (don't have the money for it yet). anything else is up in the air for me.

Pfft, light wieght. I have a good computer and a PS3 too, So I have to get somehow all the PS3 and computer games coming out too, Spore, Empire Total War, Dawn of War II, LittleBigPlanet, Resistance 2 and all that good stuff added to what I have to get for the 360.

Im going to need a loan or something.

um....how you do guys find the time to play all those games?...anyway my pockets are already hurting because of all those damn books i had to buy for school

Right there with ya and its even worse b/c there are a lot of great games for my PS3 and 360. Its going to be hard lol. At least ninty is slamming me with games this season too.

Damn. I hope Fable 2 comes to PC so I can play it. No XBox 360.

I haven't moved away from home yet, and have actually been saving for games this year, bbut even so, you can trust me, when I say that I feel your pain. The only relieve for me is that I am going to the US this fall, so I will be getting a lot of these games for cheap (60$ = cheap compared to EU/Denmark).

Assuming I buy all the games from retail and PSN I have marked at an average price of 60$ (games cost an average of ~110$ where I live, so the PSN games even it out a little with possibly cheaper games as well) I am at 1100$+
Sooooo much money :(

EDIT: Come to think about it, I should probably move a bit of those games to my wishlist xP

Only good thing is Wii has no buyable games this fall, just need to get GoW2 and some Ps3 games, R2, LBP, Naruto:Ultimate storm, Maybe Banjo for the kids if it gets good reviews
