I wasn't talking about Metacritic scores when I said Motorstorm: Pacific Rift and Gran Turismo 5 were going to be better than Mario Kart Wii, I was talking about gameplay, etc.



My most anticipated games:  Whatever Hideo Kojima is going to do next, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Gran Turismo 5, Alan Wake, Wii Sports Resort.  Cave Story Wiiware.

"PS360 still does not have enough to convince me."

That's pretty much how I feel about the Wii. It has only two games that really appeal to me. Maybe I'm just harder to please than you folks.

Oh dear, no GTAIV in the top ten. Mariokart's there though. GTAIV is just not dominating, so "did" is an appropriate weasel word.

 

My point is, looking at game lineups is no indicator of future dominance. I didn't mention anything about hardware, so stop with the strawman arguments.

It's odd because everyone I have asked about it has prefered Mario Kart Wii over MK Double Dash, and most over MK64.... and yet the ratings on metacritic don't seem to reflect that.

It's also odd that most people on here who own GTA4 seem to be of the opinion that it is inferior to either Vice City, San Andreas or just GTA3, and yet the reviews don't seem to reflect that either.

Similarly I can't say I have heard many people who actually own Mario Kart Wii complain about it, just 1 issue being the friend list restricted to 30 users (although you can have 4 friend lists) Wheras many people have been complaining about GTAIV, be it glitches or just generally being dull once the story is complete.

Would you look at that? The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time is still the greatest game of all time. It's too bad that the Twilight Princess just wasn't up to snuff.

HAHA im not talking about LTD im talking this holliday over the course of months. the bottome line is, and the point the OP is trying make is the charts from setember( i think october for ps3 since thats when LBP, and socom comes out) to january is going to have more ps3/360 games that the wii.
