Well, Mirror's Edge could've been cheaper to moneyhat. But I'm just not buying this rumor in the first place. Considering that Sony has LBP, Motorstorm, SOCOM, Wipeout, and Resistance all coming out this fall from their own internal studios, why get Mirror's Edge exclusivity? Why grab that game and go spend marketing time and money on it when you have 4 of your own games that need all the spotlight they can get? Makes no sense. 

Well, I find it funny how Sony does exactly wat Sony says (...ok, sometimes). They have said many times before that MS is looking at the past franchises that made the PS2 successful and concentrating on that while Sony is concentrating on new franchises. Maybe moneyhatting mirror's edge is part of that "strategy" .

I think a lot of you are underestimating Mirror's Edge. I don't think it will be this years Assassins Creed, but I think it will have similar success as Mass Effect.

To me personally, Mirrors edge has inteested me more than most other third party games.
I do have a PS3, and if it is timed exclusive, then I guess that is a good thing.

But even if the different versions are released simultaneously, it makes no difference to me.

Mirrors Edge, Dead Space,COD5 all look like 3rd party winners to me, Regardless of whih platform.

The only clear cut moneyhatting recently has to be Rock Band 2.
Who would argue that?

I guarantee Microsoft paid for that, and for what? 2 months or someting miniscule.. why even bother.
