SE's best quality was in the SNES era.

FF4, FF6, Chrono Trigger, Bahamut Lagoon, Romancing Saga, Secret of Mana... Super Mario RPG.

I'd take any of those over any game Square has released since... (except for Front Mission 3.)

No. Pretty much every dev thought the Wii would fail. That's why we're seeing late third party support.

The Wii is going to win this gen obviously and that would mean the Wii 2 should see strong third party support right from the get-go so if any console has a chance to ever match the PS2 it's the "Wii 2".

SE is making less and less games each gen, well at least compared to last gen. HD games take up a lot of resources and time, so we won't see many games from SE this gen.

Also they need to start supporting the Wii.
