Just saw the ELSPA on a Dutch mainstream site and haven't spot them jet on this site. It are the figures of 2006 and 2007 compared with each other.

So Wii outsold PS2 and PS3 combined in the UK...

The exact numbers are:

GBA + DS = 72%*0.93M = 668K units (how many of those will be GBA?)

PSP = 28%*0.93M = 259K units

Wii + Gamecube = 40%*1.29M = 518K units (considering Gamecube sold 6K units last half year this means over 99% of those will be Wiis)

PS2 + PS3 = 39%*1.29M = 500K units (PS2 sold almost 300K units first half 2006, 40-50% of those 500K units could still be PS2 sales)

XBox 360 + XBox = 21%*1.29M = 275K units (XBox is more or less dead, so almost all those units will be XBox360)

Wii ~ 516k
360 ~ 270k
PS2 + PS3 ~ 503k

How close are VG charts numbers to these? I dont know how to use the site well enough to find it on my own lol. I just come here for the discussion.

VGCharts UK numbers (1 july 07 - 31 dec 06)

DS 3,715,993 - 2,589,677 = 1,126,316
Wii 752,792 - 198,020 = 554,772
PSP 2,134,746 - 1,673,377 = 461,369
XBox 360 1,315,546 - 923,490 = 392,056
PS3 315,700 - 0 = 315,700

Looks like DS, PSP and XBox 360 are clearly too high, Wii is high as well but only by a smaller margin and PS3 is unclear because of the PS2 numbers being included. PS3 might actually be the closest to these numbers though, I think that one is pretty close.
