This is a very debatable subject and is also usually the central question when it comes to abortion. I start this thread after watching the forum Pastor Rick Warren conducted at his chapel /church in California with both Sen McCain and Sen Obama last Saturday evening. They were both asked the question in the topic. McCain who is pro-life quickly answered that life begins at conception. When Obama was asked the same question he answered with a really long resonse, to which I got the impression that he had no clue what he was saying, Obama is pro-choice. I am pro-life and agree with McCain on this controversial topic that life begins at conception and at that point the fetus should be entitled to Human Rights. Some of my friends are pro-choice, and when I ask them when life begins, a few of them respond I don't know. When a pro-choice advocate says they don't know when life begins, I ask them how can they risk the death of a human by abortion if they don't know when life begins? When does LIFE begin?

At conception because you are alive, how can living cells not be called alive? And anyone that thinks that life begins at birth, I am sorry but you are either horribly miss-informed or retarded because the baby is self-aware long before that, looks like a human even before that, and is alive even before that.

And I prefer to call pro-choice pro-murder, because killing a baby at any time prior to birth is exactly the same as killing a baby a week after birth with the only difference being the baby is inside it's mother's womb. No one should be allowed the right to kill their child at any time during it's life.

But still, I'm going to shout it out before anyone else does, what if it could endanger the mother? Also, if you know the baby is not going to be well when it comes out because of whatever reason, I say it's better to ''kill'' him now then let him suffer his entire life (mostly talking extreme cases here, not a leg or arm missing).

I think life begins as soon as you know the fetus is able to think.
