John McCain's 'straight talk express' actually halfway lived up to its name back in 2000. In 2008, John McCain has pretty much sold himself to the religious right and is on now on the Karl Rove playbook on how to win an election.... he has completely sold himself out just Like GW Bush did in his bid for the presidency.

In the last 4 years, McCain's support for Bush's initiatives and administration has risen steadily to 100% in 2008, while the average citizen's support for Bush has plummeted to under 25%.

And while we all like war heroes, John McCain being a POW does nothing for his qualifications for president or his understanding of military matters or foreign policy, other than the fact that he now refers to asians as "gooks", and does it unapologetically. Ironically, there are a lot of racist asian immigrant blocks that won't vote for a blackman, which is one of the reasons for Obama's crushing loss in the primary in Cali against Hillary. The irony is sickening.

McCain has even made veiled reference to his support for reinstatement of the draft (which thank god will never happen in a democrat controlled congress), and he makes it damn clear that he would have no hesitation in going to war against Iran.

Russia is a delicate situation too, and he just randomly throws out shit like we should chuck Russia out of the G8 summit? WTF?

Obama isn't the perfect candidate. I was really disgusted when Obama voted in favor of the FISA shit. But all I need to know is that Obama is anti-war, and as long as you're not pouring billions into a retarded and meaningless war every week, you cannot be incompetent enough to ruin the economy. Even Bush wouldn't have fucked over our economy had we not been mired in this war.

Gook comment: Contrary to McCain's attempt to narrowly define "gook" to mean only his "sadistic" captors, this term has historically been used to describe all Asians. McCain said that "gook" was the most "polite" term he could find to describe his captors, but because it is simply a pejorative term for Asians, he insulted his captors simply by calling them "Asians" -- a clearly disturbing message.

Iran War: I've watched videos of John McCain in numerous town hall meetings.  He has spoken many times of the "grave threat" of Iran.  He has spoken multiple times of the fact that there will be more wars.  He is either campaigning on fear, or he is ready to go to war with Iran.  Pick your choice, cause you gotta pick one, and both are despicable. It is my belief, founded by John McCain's attitude and wording during these town hall meetings, that he wants a war with Iran.  I am entitled to that belief and feel I have backed up my reasoning.

He sold out to the religious right.  John McCain has NEVER been known for his religious convictions, and has NEVER been a staunch pro-life defender...... until 2008 and his shot at winning the presidency.  He has a record of supporting stem cell research, and it's obvious to me that his new conviction for being pro life is pandering to the religious right. 

On his 100% agreement with Bush.  McCain's support of Bush HAS increased over last 4 years.  Check his voting record:
2005 - 77% votes on bills in agreement with Bush
2006 - 89% votes on bills in agreement with Bush
2007 - 95% votes on bills in agreement with Bush
2008 - 100% votes on bills in agreement with Bush

Regarding the Draft:

In June, McCain said it would take an “all-out World War III” to make the draft necessary — which seems to mean he’d consider it. In July 2006, when asked to react to Newt Gingrich’s claim that “You’d have to say to yourself this is in fact World War III,” McCain said, “I do [agree] to some extent.”

Asked about the draft last September, McCain said, “I might consider it, I don’t think it’s necessary, but I might consider it if you could design a draft where everybody equally could serve.”

Considering McCain’s vow that “there’s gonna be other wars” and that we could stay in Iraq for 100 years, a draft might seem reasonable to him.

Dont attack people because they don't have evidence. If you actually watch the news you would be well aware of McCains stance on Iran, the draft and his agreement with Bush's policies.

McCain's stance on Iran is what any reasonable person's stance should be. They are a grave threat to the stability of the region and will likely cause another war with all their saber-rattling and threats. You have to live in a freaking bubble to think that you can avoid war. It is inevitable, though that is regrettable.
