John McCain's 'straight talk express' actually halfway lived up to its name back in 2000. In 2008, John McCain has pretty much sold himself to the religious right and is on now on the Karl Rove playbook on how to win an election.... he has completely sold himself out just Like GW Bush did in his bid for the presidency.
In the last 4 years, McCain's support for Bush's initiatives and administration has risen steadily to 100% in 2008, while the average citizen's support for Bush has plummeted to under 25%.
And while we all like war heroes, John McCain being a POW does nothing for his qualifications for president or his understanding of military matters or foreign policy, other than the fact that he now refers to asians as "gooks", and does it unapologetically. Ironically, there are a lot of racist asian immigrant blocks that won't vote for a blackman, which is one of the reasons for Obama's crushing loss in the primary in Cali against Hillary. The irony is sickening.
McCain has even made veiled reference to his support for reinstatement of the draft (which thank god will never happen in a democrat controlled congress), and he makes it damn clear that he would have no hesitation in going to war against Iran.
Russia is a delicate situation too, and he just randomly throws out shit like we should chuck Russia out of the G8 summit? WTF?

2.) McCain is old
3.) McCain is so old, he does not understand the burgeoning digital economy. At all.
4.) McCain claims he wants to develop alternative energy, but he's just another oil man at heart
Obama isn't the perfect candidate. I was really disgusted when Obama voted in favor of the FISA shit. But all I need to know is that Obama is anti-war, and as long as you're not pouring billions into a retarded and meaningless war every week, you cannot be incompetent enough to ruin the economy. Even Bush wouldn't have fucked over our economy had we not been mired in this war.
