Forums - Microsoft - Actual on foot gameplay and proper level from B&K Nuts & Bolts

the game looks very good but what kind of animation is that on banjo? I mean you don’t put the right leg and right arm at the same time and the same fore the left side. It should go left arm, right leg and right, arm-left leg…

Instead of the usual hub looking level we have seen with various vehicles, we can now see what is a massive level. The scale is certainly very impressive and for once a video without a single vehicle.

Certainly looks like the actual levels will be a fun place to be.

The footage is on a cam. But its definately the best looking platformer to date. Lets hope there is plenty of on foot gameplay like this. It certainly looks like there will be in the proper levels.

The bolded statement should include "on the 360" or else people won't take you seriously.

This should be a good game.

When I say looking I meant graphics. That is rather undeniable. The scale alone is unsurpassed.

I have to disagree with you, this looks good but there is another platformer that looks better than this, I wont say because your going to start a flame war.

On topic:

My favorite platformer what happened to it =(

I love how ya say no video and like in the early part Banjo picks up a van. I know what ya meant by vehicle but it's kinda funny haha.

Personally this game doesn't interest me too much but I guess I can understand why some will like it. But I doubt the core fan base of the series will accept this with open arms.

Looks great. Hopefully they do Like RB2 and issue challenges every week. Only in Banjo's case, users must build vehicles to complete the challenge the best.

I think it looks fun. Vehicle building looks fun and sheer scale of it makes me excited. At $40 I'll be picking it up day one. Same for VP2 one of my favorite franchises so far on the 360 :D

It was pretty obvious that the part he was walking around in was meant for a vehicle.  All the stuff going on around the outsides of the map was pretty cool.  Great draw distances on everything too.
