Either was a really incomplete build they showed at Ubiday, in which case they should have made that clear, or they really took the criticism to heart and updated the graphics to something actually looking like a Wii game.

I mean it's not blow us away good, but the textures have shading and mapping layered over them, and some lighting effects.

Then again, if builds can actually turn around that fast, imagine how much Dead Rising and The Conduit can be improved.

BTW, there's also a video of the early build of Dogz. Someone should link that to compare.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

OMG! The graphics looks good! Sorry for Ubi haters out here, but with a good advertisement this could be the next Nintendogs or will be the next imagine games for Ubisoft.

Yeah, yeah... Ubi makes casual crap games atleast theyre improving and who says Ubi the only one milking the casuals? Ninty do this with Wii Music you know...

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

I dont care Ubisoft can release some shovelware or their lovely casual games, but at least give us 2 good games a year.

Nice work Ubisoft, this could actually turn into a GOOD birdman-game! The kiddies will eat it up, and those are some of the most important gamers in the business, so I think Ubisoft actually deserves the money they make on this one.

Still gotta wait for the reviews though. This could become the birdman equivalent for LAIR!

I'm really sad about the comments of some people here. This game is a blatant rip-off of Nintendogs, the same game with a different name. Of course the game can have good graphics if there's nothing going on at the screen. The backgrounds look very bland and lifeless.

Now more than ever my boycott stands, I hope Red Steel 2 bombs badly.
