All the master chief has to do is make her think there are a few items on X planet and she'll spend days searching for them and then he'll just blow the whole place away with a Halo ring.

Samus spends half her time looking for items and thats her biggest weakness.

She's practically a demigod of war compared to his being a slightly buffed soldier. It's not even a contest unless you gimp her and give him everything he can possibly use.

But we're assuming they both are at the best each can get: Chief has an overshield, rocket launcher, and whatever heavy weapon, and Samus has (effectivley) 20 "overshields" and 75 billion rapid-fire weapons.
