So I'm starting WoW again and I was wondering if anyone knew of some good guides for classes?  Rogues specifically.

These are the things I mainly looking for

• How to know if one piece of equipment is better than the other (+4 Agi or +6 Attack Power? ect)
• Addons that help specifically for rogues (especially one that tells you if one piece of equipment has a better rating than the other)
• Basic strategies
• Talent trees
• What weapons to use
• What should go in my main and off hand and why?

I've found quite a few different guides but a lof of them conflict with each other or are just out of date. 

Is there also anything anywhere where I can just look at equipment that only rogues can use?  For instance, if I want to see all daggers that are in the level 19-21 range it would show me just those?

I also wouldn't mind just a good resource in general since I also have a pally and a warlock, just not bothering with them at the moment.  I've tried allakhazam since that's what I used with FFXI but I just hate their WoW site.

Man, no big WoW players here? I would have thought for sure there would be some or are they all just busy playing WoW? :-p

Just to make a note, why bother playing a game if you're going to let a guide or other source dictate what you do and how you do it?

Couldn't you just watch a few videos of someone playing a Rogue in exactly the same way to get the same effect?

Get away while you can.

But if you want to stay, be a shaman and use whatever gear or talent tree you want, unless they have nerfed shamans since i got out.

I don't really want a guide to dictate how to play, I mainly just want to know what certain things mean for me, what's better, and why those things are.

If I watched a video that would be the same thing as a guide anyways since I would just be doing what they're doing.  :-p

I would totally play FFXI if I still had my account but I don't want to go through the horrors of level SMN 1-60 again, make all my money back, and get all those incredibly rare and expensive items again.
