Forums - Nintendo - Games in Limbo

There are a number of games for the Wii that are seemingly in Limbo.

Project Hammer

- Said to be canceled there has been alot of talk about it as if its been picked back up again on the internet. Is this just wishful thinking or is there some validity to the project comming back to life?

Onechan Bara: Bikini Zombie Slayers

- This is a game that suppossedly was released last year on the Wii and 360, but I neither heard nor seen anything of it.

Sadness

- People claim this is an official game now, but still there is so little known about it.

Deadline

- While some people suggest this will be a Wii game, popular opinion on the internet is that it will not be and that there is no way it could be. What is the deal with this game?

Imbai Kiso - Solution Compilation

- All research I've done suggest this is a PS3 game, but so many people speak of this as a Wii game. Is this a spin-off of what was a PS3 game?

Resident Evil 0: Wii Edition

- While already released in Japan, Capcom says this will never see the West. Is this in response to fan and reviewer backlash against the port here?

Project HAMMER was canned and Onechanbara is coming out later this year. Announcements were made for both.

Also, this Onechanbara is different from the Xbox360 game that came out in (I think) 2006. They're bringing over two games, not two versions of one game I believe. I could be mistaken, but the Wii Onechanbara was made well after the Xbox 360 game.

Gamestop may be the source of the Project HAMMER rumors since it has never removed the game from its Coming Soon listing.

Looking at it, this may be the case where Nintendo cancelled a game that sounded good but was trending mediocre -- which is not necessarily a bad thing.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.
