But it was never mentioned that the gods were immortal. I worded myself wrong, what I meant is that Zelda doesn't contradict itself. Maybe GoW doesn't (honestly, I doubt it does), but if LOL is correct, it does contradict itself. |

Having fairies in a bottle that can't escape untill you die to come out a rezz you makes sense? Having a bag that is just a huge void to carry all your items makes sense? |
Considering we're talking about people who shoot laser beams from their swords...? Yes.
mesoteto said: You just need to play the game. And stop saying it doesn't make sense. You obviously know nothing about it. So play it to find out. They are immortal. And I dont mean not aging. And it doesn't contridict itself. There are ways to kill immortals. STOP IT dont you realize how stupid that sounds--you cant die but i killed you DUH>>>>>>>>>>>> i mean take a step back and listen to your self |
YOU HAVEN'T EVEN PLAYED IT YET!
Why are you guys who haven't played it trying to argue with me. I know what I'm talking about you guys don't...
Definition of Immortal
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/immortal
not mortal; not liable or subject to death; undying: our immortal souls.
2. remembered or celebrated through all time: the immortal words of Lincoln.
3. not liable to perish or decay; imperishable; everlasting.
4. perpetual; lasting; constant: an immortal enemy.
5. of or pertaining to immortal beings or immortality.
6. (of a laboratory-cultured cell line) capable of dividing indefinitely.
Meaning they cannot die no matter what, unless you are using immortal like I did in the 4th definition. So no matter how it happens, if they die they are mortal.

i
it doesn’t matter if i have played it or not, the internet tells me all about it
and that is not the point the point is your trying to say something that cant die is getting killed...that is just stupid...STUPID you cant say one thing that is an absolute then cut it off
it would be like saying you counted to the end of infinity!
What you need to do is stop, say hey your right I guess it cant be immortal if it can die, so how about this….(here is where you move to the next argument)

Okay, To mortals gods are unkillable.
So how do you kill someone you can't kill?
Ascension. Become a immortal yourself. Now you are on even playing ground.
Kratos was not able to kill him as a mortal but when he ascended and became a god he became equal power to ares and was able to kill him.
