Forums - PC - How good are the two Alien vs. Predator PC games?

^^ Yeah for some reason I like Aliens and Predators too... even enjoyed the movies eventhough they were pretty bad... wasn´t there a comic with aliens, predators and terminators ??? That sounds like a great movie or game right there...

Yeah, Aliens vs. Predator started out as a comic series and a series of novels. It then went into games and finally movies. Regarding Terminators being in the series...

The epicness of this is off the charts I'm sure. I'm still awaiting that Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash(Evil Dead) crossover.

The AVP PC games are pretty good. I enjoyed them. If you play as the marine you will know fear. The games were much better than the movies... The RTS AVP was pretty good too.

What system was the RTS for? I remember always wanting to play that. I believe if you face hugged a predator you got a hybrid right?

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

PC and Xbox. I'm not sure but it may have released on PS2 also.

I enjoyed both games, however, I only found 1/3 of the game (the marine levels) to really good.

Marine levels - I felt that they did a very good job of capturing the essence of the second movie, the fear, the tension, the confusion. These levels will stress you out.  If you like to be scared, then you'll enjoy them.

Alien levels - they were neat at first, just to get an idea of what it would be like to be an alien.  Running along the ceilings was wild.  However, after awhile, they became less interesting.

Predator levels - I found to be boring.  He's too powerful, made the game too easy. (also keep in mind that my opinion is bias, I don't find the Predator to be very interesting compared to the Alien).

Any idea where I could look to see if this works on the 360? I nevered owned an XBox so if 360 does not support it I would need the PS2 version.

Nice. I prefer RTS on the 360, no idea why.

The games are great, so is the Jaguar version.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
