Too Human was a hyped up 360 game, hence the reason he used the term "Hyped up 360 game". It recieved a bad score and now people are dismissing 1UP.

Too Human is overly hyped. If you go to almost every gaming website, it's on the front page. If you go to any store that does presells, the presell is there. I haven't seen any spots for it on television but then again, I don't really watch TV so that doesn't apply here. It's been on the cover of a couple of magazines and that tends to be called "hype."

 

Yeah. Did you read the article where Dyack said Too Human can change the world for St. Catherines and Niagra?

I still have the game set up for immediate delivery on Gamefly though. I have not played the demo.

i lov any any website rating a game below expectation is a fanboy. according to this thread 1UP are sony fanboys and major 360 fanboys

But aren't 1 Up Microsoft fanboys 1 second they are MS fanboys one second they are Sony fanboys lol , anyone thinking Too Human will get good scores are obviously delusional this isn't the AAA title you want it to be I think your just going to have to accept it.

Attacking the credibility of any site that rates TH below 8 is stupid because the majority of sites will give TH below 8.

I think this game really has the benefit of not having like any reviews out until after it's release date. Haze and Lair were owned before you could waste your money on them.

I was kind of hoping this game would be great, we need more really good hack-n-slash RPG type games, and this one looked like it had potential. From what I've seen 1up usually rates 360 games a little higher, too, so I really doubt this is just one random bad score. Hopefully I'll be proved wrong.

Still lots of good games coming though, Force Unleashed, Fallout 3, LBP, GeoW2, Resistance 2, etc. I'll survive.

Shouldn't this be good news for MS RPG gamers? At least this means you can enjoy Tales of Vesperia and Infinite Undiscovery, right? Too Human comes out this week, ToV the following, and IU the week after that. So at least you guys can rejoice in not having to waste money on a mediocre game. *Still regrets $60 purchase of Heavenly Sword* But I wouldn't count out this game just yet. Wait for IGN and Gametrailers. They're tough, but usually fair. (Exclude Godhand)
