There were some good and some bad from the demo, but overall, I walked away from the Demo liking the game. I jsut ran thru DMC4 and I actually liked that game, and Too Human seems to be in that mode of play, with the added benefits of more RP factors and loot. I can see this one expanding in some DLC and also in Too Human 2 to provide a better experience with them taking the good and filtering the bad. Overall, I'll say again...the demo really hit the spot for me, and reviews at Game Pro and IGN (I'm normally a 3-year subcriber) are sources that I usually get my info from. Ther eare some negative reviews, such as the one from 1Up or even Gamespy, but many of the things they pointed out I've already seen in the demo, such as gettign the controls down.

It certainly didn't receive anywhere near the level of official and unofficial hype Haze and Lair (well the official hype stopped when Sony realised it sucked) did.

If the game is shit it deserves a shit score.

But by and large Dyack and SK have an awesome history, and I have a lot of respect for them.

The good news is, they are locked into the sequels, and you would expect camera issues, menu confusion etc to be taken care of in TH2 and TH3.

Too Human was hyped.

Too Human and Haze are the exact opposite. Haze wasn't hyped at all, but lots of people put stock into Too Human because of Silicon Knights' previous work (Eternal Darkness).

Lots of people were hyping this game to a very large extent. Only when we had learned that the game would be mediocre to bad by most standards a few months ago did the hype train screech to a halt.

Haze stopped being hyped when it was first previewed as being terrible (IGN December 2007). But this game was being hyped up until the first preview of the game came out a few weeks ago.

Looks like other websites are giving it avg. reviews. Looks like its only worth a rent. 360 owners should save their money for Mercs 2, that game looks amazing.
