Forums - Gaming - Could FFI through XII fit on a single Blu Ray Disc?

I think so, but that's obviously never gonna happen...

I don't feel like calculating it, but the answer is most likely yes.

Yea...

Easily.

More than enough space for all and you can even throw in some spinoffs.

The latest blu ray discs can carry up too 500 gb, so yeah . You'd buy into something great btw, over a thousand hours of gameplay.

PSN name: Gazz1979 (feel free to add me, but please put your Vgchartz name in the message!)

Battlefield 2: Gazz1979

If they were to release these games on bluray, they would make up some excuse to package (and sell) them separately.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

200gb 8 layer discs are supposed to be the max demonstrated I think, though they're not in production.  The PS3 can "only" read dual layer discs containing up to 50gb of data.

That said, the answer is still 'yes'.

Yes, including every FF, every Tactics, Kingdom Hearts, Chocobo game, Crystal Chronicles game, downloadable game, and mobile phone game, and you'd still have room for every game of the first 4 generations and a couple gigs of pr0n.

yeah, it's possible...
