PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

NO? staight out NO? . . . Sales will see their boost when littlebigplanet comes out. They just want the 80gig in stock for when the lbp bomb comes.
Possibly. One SKU helps avoid buyer confusion but a price drop will make sales increase more than the new 80GB PS3 SKU.

Obviously sales will increase - it's better value, and i suspect sales have dropped recently because consumers that do research before they buy are waiting

It will increase slightly, no doubt, since people see that it used to be 40GB and now it's 80 GB (for the same price, right?) But will it increase it over 360.........who knows?
