@SnakeEyez The freeloader has been blocked by Nintendo, but if you have the homebrew channel installed I think it still works. Idk for sure, but I'm sure the people on this site who import could tell you how they still do it. OH and its very safe as far as I know.

If you're thinking technically better? Then no. Does the style suit 2d fighters more than IV? It looks like it, to me anyway. And it also helps that this has much more fluid animation than SFIV does, by a long way.
