Forums - General - Which side do you carry your wallet on?

My co-workers just had a pretty interesting discussion. Apparently our limited survey found that guys who are from the older generations carry their wallet in left pocket and young wipersnappers like myself in the right. Honestly I can't imagine my wallet not in my right (exception bieng my Mortal Kombat chain wallet of course!).

So guys. Older or Younger left or right?

 

Young&Left = 6 ;; Young Right = 12

OLD = no votes (what's that saying about record numbers?)

Right = 7 ;; Left 3 (Age not defined)

other =5

..and then theres Faxanadu

Young and Left.

If I am not wearing a coat, then usually my right (back) pocket, but I am happy with it in my left.

I never put it in a side pocket as that's where my phone/keys would be.

@Faxanadu... I am right handed, I put my watch on my right hand. (with the face on the same side of my wrist as the back of my hand)

I really thought this wasn't about your wallet but the other thing in your pants which could go left or right... xD

Right back pocket.. left is for my phone..

and the other thing is on my left side... xD

You put your phone in a back pocket? doesn't it get sat on?

Otherwise it feels unnatural. And front pocket is miles better.

Interesting question

My phone will be always on the right side, and it's a huge n95, so my wallet will stay on the left side unless it's a really big pocket, so i'll have both on the right pocket, left pocket is reserved to small things like keys
