I know that. It's just the PS2 downport is interesting.

Even more interesting is it's JUST a PS2 downport along with a PC version, and no Wii version.

It's not the most complicated of games. With no "extra" functionality or maybe motion controls to set off the musou attack you'd hit a bigger market with negligable porting costs from PS2.

I'm guessing it was mostly the PS3 version that disapointed from what they were expecting, since the next game in this "series" the second crossover one is PS2/360 exclusive.

I'd think it'd have to do more with Samurai Warriors Katana if anything... now that I think about it. I don't know what the DS would have to do with anything. DW Katana i believe flopped pretty bad though.

I mean it was an unrails sword game though(i believe).... those just don't sell. Got horrible reviews too.

like 7 of ther 11 Romance of the Three Kingdoms games and Gemfire were awesome games.
