I am not really enjoying my JRPG's on X360 and I don't know why :(.

Because Lost Odyssey and Eternal Sonata aren't that great, imo.

I'll be getting IU and ToV in hopes of washing their taste out of my mouth.

Both those games will be on par with LO and ES. Just wait for Star Ocean 4 and FF XIII to arrive.

Of course that is just your opinion, however myself, and most review sites that have played ToV, think it's wrong. I doubt you've ever played a Tales game, and if you had, you'd still be quick to marginalize ToV game. I'll let you know how it is.

As for IU, I'll rent it.

Now, as for what you've based your opinion on, I think we all know that it certainly isn't any sort of knowledge. My bet is fanboyism, and generic faith in metacritic numbers.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

Here's a critical concensus report from gamasutra(which I know you won't read because you are trolling, just to bother me):

http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=20004

While many modern RPGs are criticized for their outdated gameplay and reliance on genre clichés, reviews claim that Tales of Vesperia manages to sidestep both complaints with interesting characters and a satisfying, innovative battle system. Critics describe the title as a worthwhile purchase for Xbox 360 owners in search of a quality RPG experience.

Just in case you actually cared.

loving how the game is in real-time for the battles and not turn based

real-time is fun and exciting. turn based is boring and frustrating.
