That's awesome!
Creative punishments from parents are always fun to read (unless it involved physical pain for the kids or parents)

End of 2010 Predictions (made Jan 7, 2010):

Wii: 81 mil  360: 47 mil PS3: 45 mil

As long as he used an HV Penetrator to nail it to the tree it's cool. Kids got owned

you know, an xbox didn't have to die to teach these kids a lesson. A simple belting would have been enough to teach these kids a things or two.
Ah well, at least the kids hopefully learnt something.

i dont see how in any way could this be the best solution.

"Behold! Microsoft's enviromentally friendly brand new console! The XTreebox! With the processing power of several squirels hitting it with acorns and hundreds of random gusts of winds a day!

* Play exciting exclusives such as "Watering the tree" and "Staring!"
* Be the envy of all wii, xbox 360, and playstation 3 owners, Your console weighs several hundred pounds and the software was installed by nature herself! Only a husky and strange smelling lumberjack can remove it now!"

Man, if only I could be so lucky.

Back to the original post: I do believe the kids earned it, if the parents bought the dang thing. Its their right to do with it as they please. Although, sticking it in the closet MAY have also been effective. I'm glad these parents stepped in to do something about rowdy behavior during gaming instead of letting the console babysit them.
