Wow, that's pretty small.

Scandinavia has 503K total hardware for Q2, with a population of 19M.

Switzerland has ~ 95K with a population of 8M.

Scandinavia isn't exactly huge on gaming, but Switzerland doesn't really game at all.

SIEA said that they'd include LTD with this release, but it hasn't been included. I'll contact them to see if they can supply that. I have a rough idea, but I'll wait and see if I can get solid figures first. Basically it's Wii>PS3>360
