Tales and Monster Hunter I am definately getting. The rest kinda bore me -- they are subpar at best.

RPGs don't tend to require a lot of horsepower to be really good -- man I wish that more RPGs would come to the Wii. My fear is that RPGs don't have "casual appeal", and thus there will never be a plethora of them on the Wii *unless* games like Tales and Monster Hunter do really well.

 

And to the OP: take Rygar off the list, I beg you.  Its a remake of the original PS2 game, not an original title.  Putting it up there, as an example of core games coming to the Wii, is rubbing salt in the wound... like saying "here's some PS2 leftovers -- you enjoyed Okami and RE4... again... so here's some more remakes".

I'm sure the games seem great to their respective fanbase but they will not change what people think about the wii, i for one would not purchase anyone of those games no matter the system they appeared on.

 Pretty much what was in my mind. Wii has plenty of core game, and it has plenty of casual games. If you dont like the casual titles, then dont buy them, thats all.

Oh, and add Madden 09, its shapeing up to be quite nice.

 Yah I know there is a lot more , I was going to let others post up games to add on as I did get lazy after 10,lol but I will add some more games as well, juist going to take a bit of time. Thanks for the support

I added a few more. Also I only added console exclusives. There are a few multiplats that I could have added aswell. People who say that the WIi is only casualz and has no place for Core gamers imo are delusional. Especially when me, a core gamer, prefers the games that the Wii has to offer. That is 24 upcoming core games.
