You can get a shit-ton of games on the cheap now for 360. That's the main reason I want one.

My PS3 is exclusively for Blu Ray right now. My 360 and Wii is for gaming.

Xbox Live is free.  Sign up for a Silver Account. You can download demos still and communicate online. Download the Tales demo. Try out Too Human. ^_^

Oh yeah, well I meant a gold account... Anyway, I may connect it sometime but I have a wireless network and I don't want to buy the adapter. I could plug it with the ethernet cable they gave to me or buy a longer one if needed but I would need to install the cable properly from my modem to the xbox and I'm lazy...

Congrats dude. I will be straight honest with you. The Ps3 has disappointed me this gen. I went into this thinking I would stick with the Ps3 like I did with the Ps2 and somehow ended up with a Wii and Ps3. The Wii's also did things for me I only thought the Ps consoles could. I'm aching for a 200 bucks worth arcade now. I may not like Microsoft as a computer software maker, but as a console maker, they are getting pretty good and learning from Nintendo and Sony's past mistakes. (not to mention their own.)


So, anyways, congrats to you. :)

360 owners only get the first instalment of final fantasy so ur screwed there. PS3 has a greater line up of exclusives, like littbigplanet, resistance, drakes, heavenly sword etc etc. But I also bought a 360 at one point and now I hate the fact that I did...

Gearbox, do you have to troll the Wii or 360 everywhere you go? You are like some kind of damn obnoxious viral marketer. Chill with the insults, congratulate him, or just don't bother coming to the damn thread at all. Geesh, annoying nerd.

As it stands, 360 owners are getting the main installment of this Final Fantasy XIII bonanza while PS3 owners are getting exactly ZERO Hironobu Sakaguchi games.

Gears 1 was my HD 'system seller' back in 2006. The horizon at that time included Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey so I knew I would be getting my JRPG fix. And as you know, the game library is growing tremendously in HD action and JRPG games especially.

I have no intention to be loyal to a console because of the company, I just stick to where the best games that I want to play and the best features that Im interested in are. At the moment, the 360 as the only console I need (more than I need in fact) and the added value of the Wii and PS3 is still too low to justify the asking prices (and room space and time).
