UHM, you do realize that in general Tube HDTV's display a better picture than LCD, Plasma, And DLP TV's.... right?

 

Man, i must be living in the dark ages with my 1080P sony Wega tube HDTV... w

 

 In fact, I have a JVC Tube HDTV, 32", 720p with two HDMI inputs... and I also have am LCD Sharp Aquos 1080p, 42"... and honestly, the CRT JVC has an excellent image quality, way better than my Sharp: the JVC has perfect blacks, perfect whites, no response time problems... it has a better image quality overall.

Of course, the Sharp Aquos looks prettier: very thin, glossy piano black, etc... but  since I bought my JVC, I only play on that TV. The Sharp is now for movies and TV.

2 condoles for the price of a ps3, nice job grabbing that deal, you get a wii and u get a 360. of course many ps3 games are also released on 360, its good u got to play the ps3 exclusives.

Although ur missing out on SSBB and Halo 3!

Wii: 65 mil (yea I'm crazy) 360: 35 mil (its getting there) PS3: 30 mil (the slim better do well)

Wii: 81 mil  360: 47 mil PS3: 45 mil

why didnt you buy a PC? you would have had access to the greatest game line-up and its nearly completely backwards compatible with all previously released PC games. Plus you can download roms for all your VC gaming needs.

Good Job, You should have just told him to buy every game thats going to come out on the 360 since none of them are bad and he should support Microsoft 100%. and all those games are worth $1080 USD +tax from a boy who had no money left, so thats why he spent it on those two systems by sacraficing the PS3.

It was a smart choice of doing it, but now you are screwed with having an Xbox 360 that will crap out on you anytime soon. But Wii is awesome, I still need to get me one, whenever they don't sell out all the time.

I want to know what you mean by Sony doing nothing though? They have been improving the PS3 greatly. PSN is much better, ton of features added through firmware updates, tons of quality PSN titles.

They also have a lot great 1st/2nd party titles this holiday season.

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

No offense, but why did you have to reply to that? It's not the main idea I was trying to show here. o_o

He's probably a very old gamer, meaning he probably already played an RPG before. He probably didn't have time to add his whole video game collection yet, and I'm definitely using the word probably too much.
