Oh yeah... I mean even if they had pictures of French activly taking part in the genocide it'd hard to get anything done with how high france is on the UN food chain. They'd likely say it was a single platoon or rogue troops or something.
It's just a good example of how (allegedly) any nation.... no matter how beneveloent and enlightened they potray themselves to the public just about any nation is willing to take part in ghastly deeds so long as it benefits their nation.
