Needs more Link, and Sonic... ( I always liked how sonic took on Ginormous bosses and always took them down)

i may agree with link, but not sonic.

sonic is like, ok i'll go run fast.. but did he ever say why? sonic has no purposes revealed to him except to collect rings and jump on machines. in this regard, sonic does not inspire me at all.

Where's Cloud Strife?

cloud isn't inspiring. all he does is whine and go emo all day. "i'm not strong enough to save anyone" is not something an inspiring character would say.

perhaps you didn't get what inspiring means.. there's cool and badass, but that's totally different from a character who sacrifices himself and such for the greater good. we're talking about the content of a character, not his outward style.

Hrmmm lessee

1.) Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3. Without revealing any spoilers, you all know why ^_^ Such a messed up ending.

2.) Nariko from Heavenly Sword, brandished an outcast and a curse from her birth, she sticks with the tribe and eventually takes on it's greatest task, another messed up ending :P

3.) Solid Snake. This guy has been kicked, dragged, and just ripped through the confines of a mortal's strength. This man is constantly pushed on missions alone, takes on the absolute impossible, has been the cause of many downfalls unintentionally, fights overwhelming odds, and is cursed to age at an accelerated rate. Snake is a hero ;-;

Where's Lara Croft? Her 3D triangle boobs inspired me......in the wrong way.

I think both Fenix and Raynor rank up there albeit not as high as almighty tassadar himself :)

I agree... Tassadar was probably the most awe inspiring character... self-sacrifice personified
