Please do not play FF VII if this is how you feel about bosses. ESP the last boss in the game, though that attack was the coolest CG I saw when I first played the game, man..... it was cool.....

ye i had/am having trouble with bosses in LO. right now i'm on the 4th disc where i gotta protect that queens kingdom, cnt remember the name because its been months since i played it last.

all i know is i gotta fight like 5 bosses in a row right now and i'm not happy about it

Honestly I did not find LO to be that hard at all, I died much more within the first few hours of Persona 3 FES than I did in the entire game of LO.

Now I am playing Lunar 2: Eternal Blue (No idea why I waited this long) and the 2nd boss who is located in the Forest of Illusion is kicking my ass.

Using skills that protect against the elements (xxx resistance up, xxx proof, etc.) helped alot. I did have to fight the final boss a couple times before I beat him.

Yeah, Lost Odyssey is a RPG fan's true game, seriously. I said to myself lots of time how I'm glad I played all the other RPGs that introduced the Skill slot based system (Final Fantasy IX for example), and how to understand the Front and Back rows, etc.

I noticed that random encounters take some time compared to some other RPGs. When you get through a 15 minutes random encounter, and stay alive, you're pretty damn proud of yourself! XD

After a certain temple in Disk 4... You're pretty much overpowered after you come out of it. The final boss didn't even hit me, at all!
