I don't own a PS3, so the 360 version will be mine.

Boah all these "5DVDs are too much"-talking is so annoying. I mean, every FF-game was about changing discs. I dont care, if I have to install the game for 20 minutes or change 5 DVDs.

preorder on the ps3 for me.

ffxii was suppose to be crap and ended up beating yiazma and doing the whole side quests.

It is being developed for the PS3 & WILL be a better expeirence all round from it. It's real nice having FF13 and Verses on the same platform too, along with all my other FF games. Why would I want FF13 on my 360 & Verses on my PS3?

FF on the 360 is just too weird for me anyway! I will keep the box for Gears and such only.

Oh, and people make me laugh. Out of all the FF games, 12 seams to be a let down for most. I enjoyed it, but many complain about it. 1 average FF and people seam to think that the rest will be bad, always. Funny that!

that would be one primary reason, if FFXVIII is coming out on PS3, its a no brainer to buy a PS3 and keep both games on one system. Thats if some people are rich enough to afford two, then they would try it on the Xbox 360, then buy the Versus for PS3.

Actually there is more than 1 average FF imo. The series has some of the best games ever, then there are just average ones. Also it is better to look at the most recent title in the series to compare it with the upcoming title. I don't want to rant on about FFXII though, or any of the other FFs that I thought were average. I think for me it is better to just keep my expectations for the game low. If it turns out amazing then I will probably enjoy it alot, but if it turns out Average then I wouldn't care to much because my expectations weren't high in the first place.

Question for all the 360 only people that love the series.

What will u do when Verses gets released only on the PS3 and it's a killer?- buy a PS3 and have the series split accross 2 plaforms, or miss out?

360, as it is the only console that I have.. But havn't played any FF, games so it is not even sure I'm gona buy it. But I'm playing Blue Dragon at the moment, so maby I would enjoy a FF game also. By then we should have harddrive installs also, so it should be no problems with changing disks. By the way, Blue Dragon is 3 discs, and have only changed disc once until now, after 1 week - so not realy a problem.

I thought they did not actually need that number of discs, but it was made to be more to be reminiscent of FF VII

anyway, I will be getting it on PS3
