does it play like the dynasty/samurai warrior type games? If so, this is the type of game my wife loves. Mindless hack-n-slash. She's Japanese. Imagine that.

If you've played the Dynasty Warriors games, then this is nothing new.

 There are some differences, but it's pretty much the exact same thing.

Wow, I downloaded the demo from the ps store, WHy is it short!! the game is fantastic awsome very very very very very very veyr good!! I mean wow, never played gundam before, dam I love this game I might even buy it when it comes out on ps3.

 That's how the Dynasty Warriors games work. The Gundam demo covers just one level and you can get through it as fast or as slow as you like by either running straight to the 'boss' (the enemy commander) or by racking up as many kills as you can by clearing the map of all the enemies.
