Reading comprehension is not a strong suit on these forums. Anyone that reads the article will know the Wii is only used in between workouts, when they would normally do a wall sit as a rest period. How you can really realize no one in here read the article is that everyone keeps saying "Wii Fit" when the article clearly states they are using Wii Sports for the rest period.
