I was thinking into the future and seeing as how we are entering the Fall in a month or so, I thought it was becomming that time to start considering next year's list. What I want is a PLEASANT discussion regarding the list and how it can be improved from 2008's list.

1. When should I make the list? Now? A different month? Is it too soon?

2. What should be included in the new list? I don't think I can put every game on it, so that is probably out of the question.

3. How should it be formatted? Multiple lists? One big one? How should it be seperated?

Feel free to give me suggestion and ideas, but please no arguing. This is meant to be a productive discussion.

I love your other stickied thread! great work. Maybe something a bit the same? You could start it now and just update it as more info comes out, guess it would give xbox 360 owners a heads up of what to look forward to.

I'd say maybe seperate games by genre or maybe release date. And start a new list as soon as possible I'd say.

I think that sometime after Thanksgiving will be a good time to start a list. We should be too focused at out 2008 holiday line up. But if you want to start one as a placeholder its cool.

One suggestion is use the bigger screenshots with natural resolution and if there isnt enough space, just put one screenshot. I think the current screenshots are good but dont do the game enough justice.

I have two suggestions for lists: 1. Exactly the same as the 2008 list, 2. The best games to watch in 2009 based on media and previews.

Just save multiple posts in a new thread. Its nice to have one complete list.

I think now would be a good time, as console sales are starting to pick up people are looking to the end of the year and the near future. So for these people it would be useful especially since it would give you time to perfect it over the coming month before the price cut comes into effect (Supposidly) In september.

For the new list - definately list the games that aren't going to make 2008 that are already listed, the ones that are bumped into the next year. Also list the games like Alan Wake which are believed to be released next year as well. May as well start with just the big games and add any lesser ones as time/motivation strikes you.

You should list it by Genre and distinguish PC/360 games from full exclusives with a colour code. You could also do the same for believed timed exclusives that way people will have less to complain about. In addition to this, you should list and update as the news changes the 10 biggest games coming up with their box art if available, like you did this year at my request! xD

I dont really think there are that many games that have been announced, most are only rumoured. Wait a few months and see if there are more announcements
